  26. Strange, I have a 1230IV and a Quantum Lightning 730 Meg, and they cooperate
  27. very well. Since the Lightning and Maverick were released at the same time,
  28. I'd presume there are only very small differences between them like
  29. different number of platters etc. Perhaps your friend has a maxtransfer or
  30. cable problem?
